I have chosen to have a retail store not because it is the easiest way to do business but because it gives me the greatest way to be flexible with and available to my customers. I can trade merchandise or buy your gold or diamonds and redesign old favorites that you already have. I can repair your old jewelry or that Costco piece and I will be here to help you in the future. May people still believe that the big warehouse stores are the cheapest out there but they to have to make money and enough to pay not only for the big warehouse but the employees, insurance, and advertising that is needed to run that industry. I can assure you that my overhead is much simpler as is my business plan. Simply I can supply the prettiest jewelry for the money spent.
