I admit that the national competitor in the new mega mall had a few more items but I still love this store. An older lady named Karen helped me and she was wonderful. Instead of the same rehearsed routine you get at those other stores she actually go to know my little girl and I and made it a personal experience. Prices are good and they'll match any of their competitors if there's a difference. A lot of my friends shop at the big national chain because it's the "in" thing but I'd rather shop here because I know all of the money stays in Des Moines instead of going to China or some fat cats in New York. I really hope people give them a chance. They love suggestions and will go the extra mile to make you happy.

This is a truly great store. I actual met the owner, he was very helpful and gave me his business card and told me to call him if I ever wasn't completely satisfied. Talk about service you won't find at a national chain. The big store in the other mall had more clothes but this store had more animals and you'll never find more personal service.

The product quality at this store is great. The only drawback that I have noticed is that they do not offer the same building experiences as other similar stores. (It appears that they have all of the equiptment, but the employees do not guide you through using them.)
