I would NEVER allow someone I cared about to be transported by Midwest Ambulance. This company is negligent and dangerous. This company forces its employees to drive and operate in the back of an ambulance for 24 or 36 hours with none or very little sleep. It's illegal for truck drivers to drive that many hours, the law makers know it's dangerous so they made it a law, but the owners of the company do not care about you, your loved one, or its employees. Don't endanger your loved ones, you don't know when they were allowed to sleep last.
