The folks here treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. I was not happy with the way I was being treated at Hammer. They wanted me to deal with whatever equipment they gave me; even if it was the wrong size. Their excuse was my insurance wouldn't cover a different size. I called Medically Yours to ask them if they could help. Within the first few minutes, I could tell these folks were knowledgeable. They told me they had a walker that was small enough. I immediately took my big walker back to Hammer, then went to Medically Yours.###As soon as my little girl and I walked in the door, we were greeted by enthusiastic people. They were able to input my information and show me the walker in a matter of minutes. Another individual proceeded to adjust the walker for me and show me how it worked. I was telling him about a couple items I was thinking about for my bathroom. After we were set with the walker, he proceeded to show me a few items that he felt would benefit me.
