Dornink did my dress for my son's wedding. They were so helpful with suggestions for style and fabric. They were very careful with the fitting and I felt like a beautiful mother of the groom. I would recommend their talents for any clothing you need.

I ordered custom bridesmaids dresses, and the dresses weren't made to the measurements we had provided. Then they offered to fix them and they were still wrong, at which point we brought this to there attention and they were rude to us. They began to yell and insult us in there store, which forced us to leave and find someone to fix the dresses on short notice. AVOID this company at all costs.

I have to say that a company that supposedly cares for thier customers can't even measure their customers correctly. A they sold me a dress 5 sizes to big after I ensured them that that size doesn't seem correct they insisted according to their charts it is. After i received my dress it was 5 sizes to big! when I called and advised them of this the owner had no symphany but that I can brign it in and they will alter it for a CHARGE! Obviously that was the only reason they insisted I need this bigger size for this UGLY dress in the first place. Don't bother wasting your time or money at this place! Money obviously runs this business and not making the customer happy. Would never recommend to anyone in this case David's Bridal does a better job getting your size right and giving better customer service.
