When i run out of payment slips, i have to call to get more, they never answer thier phone, nor return calls. I have no idea if they will be sending more payment slips, an this happens everytime im out.

They take taxes and insurance out and you always have to call him to pay the taxes usually get a delinquent tax notice because he fails to pay them as he should. Would not recommend him.
