HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to have 1 tooth extracted and have a fear of the dentist. When I called them they had me come in for a consultation to explain some options beside sedation and said they would go over the cost in detail. When I arrived for my appt. I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes waiting to go back. Once back the dentist was rude and acted like I was bothering him by asking questions. Several times he rolled his eyes at me because of my fear of the dentist. Once done, he scheduled my appt for 1 week later. 15 minutes after I left the manager called me to inform me that they would not be doing my extraction after all because I had the nerve to complain about the 45 minutes I had to wait. I had to turn around and drive 15 minutes back to get my xrays and referral back because they didn't have the decency to tell me to my face they didn't want to see me again.
