Make sure you send them your insurance card before you drive there. I spoke to the office several times, told them what type of insurance I had, and they even made a special accommodation to see my daughter for a well check on a Saturday - which they don't normally do. I drove 30 min to get there and they said they didn't take the insurance and couldn't treat my daughter unless we wanted to pay $800. Just beware.

We have been taking our children to Stapleton Pediatrics for 4 years so I do not write this review lightly. My wife slipped and fell on ice while carrying my one year old and he hit his head. I called to ask them if he could be seen. They were not closed and I asked them if I could bring him in as we live 15 minutes away. The receptionist said that she was hoping they could leave a little early today and wasn't there somewhere else we could take him. I was more insistent that he needed to be seen. I was told the doctor said "just take him to the emergency room" because they wanted to go home. I asked if they were closed, it was reiterated to me that they weren't technically closed, but they just finished their last appointment for the day and they wanted to leave a little early. I mentioned that we have been going there for 4 years and if they cared this little about my son that I would have to find my children a new doctor. I was told "you do that" and then she hung up on me.



This lets me know that we are just a number to them and that they have never cared about us or our children. I would not go back to Stapleton Pediatrics ever.
