What a bunch of crooks these guys are. OCH will charge every legal expense and over charge on these expenses. What a rip off! Everything about these guys cost so much. Just compare these guys to other legal teams and you’ll see that they hundreds of dollars for the same exact legal expenses.

The next issue that OCH is so slow. Every legal action took months instead of weeks. We had OCH try to serve a homeowner foreclosure notices. It took them six month of failed attempts before I had to step in and say, ”Can you please foreclose on this homeowner by publication?” I mean every month that went by cost our association money. When our new management team took over our property, the manager was able to serve the homeowner himself in a week. Total incompetence on the part of OCH!!!

Next issue, OCH is totally disorganized. I had to constantly audit their attorney report to make sure they were doing the proper work for our association or if they were doing any work at all on the delinquent accounts. Delinquent accounts would get lost in the shuffle. I was constantly requesting updates on delinquent accounts, because their attorney reports would be poorly written, error-proned and outdated. We had two delinquent accounts that were supposedly in a lawsuit by OCH, but to find out 8 months later, the lawsuits were dismissed by the judge because OCH missed key legal dates for the lawsuits to progress. These 2 delinquent accounts were sitting there in their files not being collected. What a waste of time and money due to their poor work.

OCH was poor in court too. OCH would constantly lose in court, because they would not file the proper paperwork or file the paperwork too late.

Another big issue with OCH is communication. Forget about talking to OCH about the delinquent accounts of the homeowners association. OCH is so disorganized and bureaucratic that even their attorneys do not know who was handling what cases. Sometimes multiple attorneys were handling a delinquent account. Sometimes no attorneys are handling a delinquent account. That is right. Not one attorney could be handling a delinquent account. A delinquent account could be sitting there not be collected.

We finally had to rid of them, because they were crooks, they lacked total communication, they were poor attorneys and they were totally unorganized. Our new legal team is so much better. Thank god we got rid of OCH.
