      Mental Health Center of Denver is a private, nonprofit mental health care organization providing services to more than 7,500 residents each year. It specializes in the treatment of serious and persistent mental illness. It offers a variety of adults programs, such as assertive community treatment, deaf counseling, living and learning with HIV and residential programs. It also offers child and family specialty programs that include school-based health center services, intensive day treatment, home-based services, and treatment, assessment, and psychiatric education to children. Additionally, it provides rehabilitation services and work programs. It has more than 350 trained professionals in over 30 locations throughout Denver. The organization was established in 1989 and is located in Denver.
