I know both sides of a business counter pretty well. As a former business owner and well rounded customer from being involved in so many things in my life. I had a terrible mechanical breakdown in denver. And, while trying to navigate around that in the community of lakewood, i encountered a "dip" or more like a crater in a street there that caused the hitch on my truck to fold. I had pulled my trailer for 900 miles already with no problems in case you were wondering. This led me to call lampert for this part(of many issues i was having). Cec answered the phone amd looked up the hitch for my make and model. Very prompt and when she gave me the price it was a very fair and all inclusive price. But, being given a fair price on the phone doesnt always mean quality follow through. If you could know just how bad my experience in denver was, youd understand my being skeptical. My skepticism ceased when i arrived. Not because of the big ole rottweiler that was in the office(which was the best part of my day including all 3 of the other days i was stranded in denver), but because they just knkw what theyre doing. You can tell. Or at least i could. All the guys in the shop were knowledgeable. I even had something screwy with my bank card happen and they were patient and assisted me in getting that resolved. If anyone in that area needs any service they provide, if youd ask me, id say theres no place else to go.

These people are trailer hitch geniuses! They do excellent work with good prices. Once we brought in an older trailer that needed the wiring repaired in addition to the hitch. We told them not to worry about the wiring, but they're very safety-conscious and fixed the wiring anyway without extra charges. They genuinely take care to ensure that their work won't fall apart while you're out on the road. And they get it done in a reasonable time frame. Even though we've moved across town, we still take all our trailer hitch work to them!

Just as everyone says, the service here is excellent -- they do professional work and it's very clear that they stand behind that work. They put a trailer hitch on my car in under an hour, showed me how it worked, and let me know I could call any time with questions. Couldn't ask for a better product or a better price. My experience was nothing but positive. I was given a quote on the phone by Mary. I needed to have a hitch, brake controller, charger wire and a 7 way connector installed on a Subaru Outback. I thought the quote was high but she explained each component and installation charge. Because they came highly recommended by a friend, I decided the cost was warranted for what I needed. They were great. I got it installed the same day in less time than was expected as they had two guys working on it. Nick explained how to use the brake controller. He offered to help me when my camper arrives, gave me a card and told me to call with any questions. I feel 100% confident I made the right choice with Lampert.

Called to get a hitch on our jeep to tow behind our class c motor home. It took one phone call, the ordered the parts and once they came in we scheduled. It was so simple and easy to get this done. I had called two other places that wanted to see the camper and keep and had us scheduled out over a month. This was a great experience and the staff were great also!!! Recommend them highly!!! It doesn't have to be such a hassle and frustrating these guys know what they are doing!!

At Lampert hitch, I was able to get a class 3 hitch installed for less than $300.00. I took my Sienna mini van in to have this done and they got me in and out of there in one hour!They helped make my spring break vacation to Glenwood with wife and kids special! I bought a used hitch mounted bike rack for cheap and was able to haul all of our bikes (four of them) no problem thanks to Lampert Hitch!

These guys saved the day after UHaul royally messed up my trailer hitch request. Not only did Lambert have the hitch I needed on last minute notice, but they managed to fix the destruction that UHaul did to my vehicle.

I went to Lampert Hitch after the advice of a fellow smart car (smart fortwo) owner said he'd used them and was happy with the service. I was happy they had the CURT hitch in stock and all I had to do was show up for my appointment. The finished installation was well done and I appreciated their concern for an install that would hold up to Colorado's winter (primarily the wiring harness). I like how the hitch tucks behind the rear panel and looks like it should be there. Their attention to detail is top notch. I will definitely bring our other smart car here to have it done as well.

I have been a customer for 50 years. I recently purchased a fifth wheel trailer and needed to have the hitch installed. During the installation they wired it incorrectly causing my turn signal switch to burn out. I went back and Moe said that it was not their fault. I went to Active Transmission and Gear, in Broomfield- 303.466.1133 and they said it was installed wrong and it ended up costing me more money. I then went back and presented Moe with the invoice and he would not help cover any of it. Remember, I have been a Customer for over 50 years, I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I have been going to lampert hitch for years now and dealing with nick and he always points me in the right direction and is very knowledgable on all there equipment. No better place to go in Denver for snow plows than lampert.

We have used Lampert Hitch at least 5 times over the past 10 years and each time they continue to excel in knowledge and customer service. Last time we went for just a hitch and found out they sell bike racks and provided us the whole package. We drove away with all products installed above and beyond our expectations. We will never shop any place else.

We have always received fair prices and great quality of installations at Lampert. Yes, Jason can use a lesson on customer understanding, but he has always gone out of his way to help us. The store seems to assume that the customers know what they want when they come in. If anything, they are good at dealing with experienced customers and could use some Zig Ziglar on the new customers. We will continue to do business with them.

I have used Lampert Hitch for 10 years. Probably, I have used them 7 or 8 times. At times, I have lived 2 to 3 hours away from the shop over the years. It was always worth my time to travel to them. Whenever they do a job, it is done right. I have never had any scheduling problems with them. In fact, I had a problem which I tried to resolve with a local company in Salida, they told me there was a 2 month wait. Lampert took me in on a walk-in basis and, of course, did the job quickly, for a reasonable price and right.

The product and installation were fine, however the owner or owners son named Jason Lampert was very rude and arrogant. I showed up at 3:50 PM for a tow hitch install that he told me would take an hour and that he said he had an opening for that very afternoon. When I showed up they gave me a hard time saying that their installers leave at 4:30 even though they are open until 5:00. Jason came out from the back and was very short and was more interested in closing the store than getting my business. After some argument he hesitantly agreed to do the install that day. If I did not need the hitch installed that day in order to go pick up a boat, I would have walked out. I am guessing that this is his daddy's business, so he doesn't ever have to worry about being fired, so he thinks that he can treat people however he wants. He has zero customer service skills, but a whole lot of experience at being arrogant and condescending. I will never return to this store for anything again and would
