      I believe that the counseling process is a reciprocal process. We are a team and my role is to help you identify problems, develop strategies, explore destructive thinking and much more. I provide individual counseling for adults, play therapy for youth and family counseling. Group options include anger management, parenting and healthcare provider support groups. My vita includes experience working with victims of trauma including domestic violence and sexual assault. In addition, common issues presented include anger management, substance abuse, dual diagnosis, depression, anxiety, career development, chronic mental illness, and abuse.

      Services/Products
      Play therapy for children ages 3+ and individual therapy for adults, marriage and family counseling. Anger management groups, healthcare provider groups, parenting support groups, and women's groups. I am also a facilitator of Ropes Challenge Courses which are offered in the summer. Individual and group state license supervision.
