Fourstar Denver is the worst rental company I have ever rented from. If you want to keep your sanity do NOT rent from them. When I signed my lease, there was grass in the back yard. But between when I signed the lease and moved in they ripped up the grass to fix pipes. But they never replanted the grass. I talked to the neighbors who told me they saw them ripping up the grass. So I know it did not just die. I have sent over 7 maintenance requests asking them to put grass in. I have not once received a response. I have called my agent Kelly Corbin close to 8 times and she has NEVER called me back. In fact, every time I have called she is in a "lease signing" and unable to talk.

I was living out of state when I first signed with them about 15 years ago. They were just as good as if I lived nearby, and the communication was excellent. When I moved back to Denver it got even better and I have been comfortable trusting them with my properties every since.

I have never had any issues with Four Star. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the way they handled the transition of ownership, the way they negotiate is unlike any I've ever seen, they are great!
