I had my vehicle serviced at Finish Line Express Lube. They changed my oil and did not tighten the oil filter. The business is under new ownership and the staff is extremely rude and told me to go away after explaining the situation/problems I had with them.

The owner told me to F--k off and was not interested in working out a solution to the problem. STAY AWAY, run the other way or this could happen to you!!!

I have taken our SUV to this finish line location for some time now. Yesterday 1/19/2009 I took it in first thing to have the oil changed. According to what I pay for they are suppose to top off all fluids. After driving the car only about 3 miles after the oil change the car began to smoke from the engine. When we lifted up the hood we found that the radiator cap was not put back on the radiator correctly resulting in radiator fluid everywhere under the hood. We thought innocent mistake… until I called them to inform them what had happened. I was told that they never touched the cap and that I must have done it myself. Why would I do that? I paid almost 50.00 AFTER a 25% discount from my return customer card just to have car problems. The manager just giggled at me when I was shocked at his response that I must have done it myself. When I asked for the owners name and phone number he said that the owner would just side with him.
