*****FEELING POSSIBLY SCAMMED******** I bought a car from this place a year ago. Everything seemed perfect they were very nice and helpful considerate of my daughter and were willing to do anything to help me out. At the time I thought this was a great opportunity I had come upon for my first car buy. Silly me I purchased the vehicle at night. Also I am not mechanically inclined at all so I had really no idea what I was looking for. The day after I purchased the vehicle I ran into a few complications. The four wheel drive was not working which was the reason I purchased that vehicle in the first place. There was a CD jammed in the CD player. They had duct taped the front bumper that was missing a chunk of plastic. So in finding these minor problems out I took the car back a little dissatisfied and they said their mechanic would fix it. Went to go get my car back from the mechanic and I had my daughter with me. We drive off and about ten minutes into the drive my brakes stop working. Luckily I was across the street from a just brakes and I was able to pull in safely using the e brake thank god. They examined my vehicle and said that there was a bolt missing from my caliber. THEIR MECHANIC FORGOT TO PUT A BOLT IN MY CALIBER!!! it was just hanging there. Me and my daughter could've been seriously injured. Just brakes was very helpful and fixed the problem for me. I kept paying 300 a month on the car with the CD player still broken and bumper still duct taped and almost crashing the car because their mechanic cant do his job right. Then I decided to go visit family in AZ took me and my daughter for a trip. We got there safely we were there for a couple weeks. Go to get in the car one day and we drive and two seconds later it immediately breaks down. We had to push it back into the drive way. I refused to call Community auto because at this point they were not helping me at all they were very rude every time I called so I stopped dealing with them just keep giving them my money for fear of my credit. I am now going to pull my contract out and go through it very carefully. I'm paying 300 a month for a car that has been broken almost the whole time I've had it. I've taken it to mechanic after mechanic and they just keep telling me that its just going to be a temporary fix. That the problems in the car outweigh the actual cost of the trailblazer I purchased. So now I'm stuck in a bind of stop paying and ruin my credit or keep paying for a car I cant use and be out a car because I cant afford two car payments. These people are not worth your time. Although I would like to thank Community Auto for giving me the negative experience I've had because it has taught me what to look for future people I'm willing to invest thousands of dollars to. Please BEWARE this company is good at making people think they are a helping hand but they are NOT A HELPING HAND they are a thorn in a rose bush!
