This guy is the best! We've used him several times and have recommended him to friends and family! Our water used to turn everything orange and it left hard scale on everything. We tried other water treatment systems that did not begin to address our issues. We couldn't drink the water or use the ice maker, the dishwasher created spots on everything. Now we have the purest, best tasting water! We can use our ice maker and our dishes come out spotless! No longer do we have hard water scales on anything. On top of the system working so well, everyone is so nice & have proven to be very reliable! Have no fear about using them! .The installation was quick, neatly done and - they do a great job, and are quick to respond whenever we have questions! Couldn't be happier!

Run as fast as Chuck the waterman talks! HE DOES NOT FIX SOFTENERS! He only sells new ones! He came out, told me I HAD TO replace my 6 year old system with his better $2000 water softener. Which after researching is just a junk unit, known for lots of service problems. Charged me almost $100, didnt fix my softener was there 40 minutes and spent half that time trying to sell me his softener and the other half trying to sell me one of his overpriced tankless water heaters cuz now he sd "my 10 year old water heater was going to rust out and flood my entire basement" As I told Chuck the waterman, my water heater is fine! Called out another water man, softener was fixed in less than 15 minutes. A maintenance issue, a basic of fixing a water softener, it didnt even need a part. Completely fixed for $70.! Softener works great now NO THANKS TO Chuck the waterman / water softener water heater SALESMAN! & he had me write a check out to what I think was his personal name, Kind Of Shady!?!?
