I am pretty sure there is not a single competent person at this bank. It took my friend 30 days to get a debit card because they lost the first one and when the second one arrived, the tellers never called him to tell him it was in. It just sat in the back of the bank for two weeks while he was unable to access his money. Because of all this, he tried to close his account and his account manager begged him to stay with the bank. He gave them another chance and kept his account open. Today, the day after Christmas (when the bank had previously been closed for 24+ hours) they towed his car because he was parked in their parking lot.
