This is not my regular pharmacy but I've been with Walgreens now for over a year now and they have yet to run out of my medicine at all like the pharmacy that I left because of that very reason. Thank you VERY MUCH !!

Went to pick up a prescription this afternoon and OMG what an awful ordeal trying to get service at this pharmacy. The real problem seems to be the format and process for waiting on customers. Everyone mills around outside the counter, there is no order or structure to it. I was standing around there for 15 minutes and there was no one behind the counter who could be seen and who could see us. Last time this happened there were about six of us waiting and I finally had gone up and got someone's attention in the pharmacy area. The young lady said, "Oh, I didn't know anyone was waiting." So, today, after standing there for a while, I did the same thing. I was told, "Sir, there are two people in front of you and I'm busy right now. I will wait on them and then I'll get to you." Not true. The other two people arrived 5-10 minutes after me. She didn't have a clue what was going on. Eventually, she did come back out to the counter and called the lady who actually arrived last and asked her what she needed. What a mess! If I wasn't feeling sick before I got there, I sure was after I left. I've been getting my medications from this pharmacy for 13 years, but I think it's probably time to check out the competition. Maybe the CVS across the street.
