HSNT is a non-profit that provides Medical Care to the entire family by offering comprehensive Medical Services, Behavioral Health, Guardianship and Infectious Disease Care. What makes us different is that we have the ability to care for those who have insurance and a way to pay as well as provide excellent care to those who do not have insurance and need a sliding fee scale to help them pay for services. Using a patient-centered team approach our Medical Providers work with you to create a plan to get you healthy and keep you healthy. Whether its an annual physical, diabetes care, well visit, COPD, chronic disease care or simply an immunization, Health Services of North Texas is here for your family. In most cases we can offer same day sick visits. HSNT accepts most major medical insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP and even offers a sliding fee scale for those who qualify.
