The park is well cared for by the owners who live on the property. Our lots are 40' x 80' and all have 30 & 50 amp power, water and sewer. Garbage sewer and Wi-Fi are all included in your lot rent which is only $200.00 per month. Wether you need a spot for overnight, a week ,a month, or a year come see us we will hook you up. We are 5 minutes from shopping, a new hospital with trauma center and several schools. Its only about 15 minutes to Lake Texoma and the Red River where you will find fishing and water sports.
