I had a funny feeling after walking into this place. The young man behind the counter did not want to provide me with a copy of the work sheet. The compressor was brought in to replace a capacitor. When I picked up the unit, a used capacitor was installed (banged up and scratch) and my good safety valve was replaced with a cheap one for no reason at all. The capacitor was too small and left hanging by one screw. Also at the time of pickup I was given a price for the repair. The young man did not want to provide me with the copy of the work order. Then he printed out a work order instead of providing me a copy of the original work order, in which the printed version was folded. When I got home the work order was for someone else order and I now understand why the young man told me he wanted a check, that the credit card scanner was out of order, so I could not dispute this through my credit card company.
