Horrible customer service! The owner obviously cares only about money. It took her weeks at a time to answer my phone calls and voicemails. When she did finally answer the phone, she couldn't even remember my name or anything about me! I'm not paying $2,000 for six hours to be ignored. She also gave my caterer attitude for asking a question about how to work the stove there. The day if the wedding the owner was nowhere to be found and I had to call to find out where she had left the items we rented. The place is beautiful, but if you don't want to pay thousands of dollars to be ignored, I wouldn't recommend this place...
