that treats your whole yard for bugs 60 feet out around your home, Mark is very flexable, when I call him, he always answer, and always come on what ever day I need him, EVEN Sundays
. I called five places Friday afternoon around 4:30pm to find someone to come out and inspect for termites. I got in touch with a couple of companies and was told someone would call me back. I waited till 5:30 and I had not heard from anyone, so I called Mark and he answered. I explained to him and he told me he was 30 miles away and would be on the way. He did what he said and got my business. Great service!
I was interested in buying a house, and was told I needed a closing certificate. I call a company and the guy told me everything was okay. I asked him if he was going to get under the house, but he told me he could see everything just by looking threw the entrance. I didn't like,, so a friend told me to call Mark. So I did, he said he was already up here in ST Francisville, and would be here in a hour. Well I glad I did,, he found 4 Huge Termite tunnels, and a LOT of Termites in the back wall. Well You get what you pay for. He will be treating it next week
I was told about this company, due to the the guy named Mark had this camera that could see in walls. I had a pest control company that had my house under contract for termites, but when I called them to come kill/find some yellow jackets in my wall, they would not come. That was odd to me, I live in Jackson La and the company is in New Roads, anyways Mark came out and found the yellow jackets nest in 30 seconds with this camera, and we went outside and he started to walk around the house, I told him we already had a termite contract, but then he pointed out to me a large termite tunnel,, well My new pest Man is Mark with Marks Exterminating, give him a call he will do you right,,, David
Was going to buy a house in Baton Rouge, was told that termites were found in the home 7 monthsago, & they had treated it. Well I called Mark, and had him do an inspection for me. He call me and told me that he had found FORMOSAN termites enterning the home. I call the realtor and she got he termite man out there next day. This other gujy kept saying that these were not Formosan Termites. So she call Mark and he went back out there. Mark told them the previous day that they should open up the wall where the damage was. Well when he got there, he told them they cut open the wall in the wrong spot & asked them he they could in another spot. Long story short, when they open up the wall where Mark told them to, FORMOSAN TERMITES. The otherTermite mans jaw hit the ground. I will Highly Reccommend Mark of Mark's Exterminating

I have been looking for a good pest control company for a while, seems like everyone want to charge you just to spray inside and do a little on the outside, after talking to the owner Mark, I was shocked to here that they spray the yard up to 50ft around the home and treat the inside for a great price. When he came out he did just that, My whole yard was treated and a great job on the inside, with a 90 day warranty for just $95.00,, Great Job would reccomend this company to anyone
