these guys charge insane prices for the small portions of food you get. would much rather pay 25 for a seafood buffet at lafleurs. tastes about the same.
The cajun ravioli was phenomenal and my server was a sweetheart!
3/9/11 I ate at Don's in Denham Springs last week. I ordered the alligator bites off the appetizer menu for my entree. It was the worst alligator I have ever eaten. I am not even sure it was alligator. It most definitely was not white meat and it was irregular sizes. The alligator bites at Chimes is much better.
The last time I ate there, I had fried shimp. The shrimp tasted great, but I took the left overs home, and discovered that they had not been deveined. I don't know about you, but, I don't eat shrimp that haven't been deveined.
