      WHY ONE SHOULD STAY AT THE FAIRLAMB HOUSE: 1. We are the only Bed & Breakfast in Delta; 2. Reasonable prices, comparable to local motels and inns that offer half the amenities; 3. Colorado state and local historical designation (Built in 1906);4. Post Victorian decor and turn of the century antiques; 5. Full gourmet breakfasts included with price of room (Usually offering special family recipes with meat, eggs, bread, seasonal fresh fruit, coffee or tea, and juice); 6. We cater to guests’ dietary needs, tastes and timetables when possible; 7.Free Wi-Fi; 8. Cable HD TV in parlor; 9. Phone access; free local calls; 10.Complimentary guest refrigerator with cold beverages: water, soft drinks, beer & wine; 11. Wake up coffee or tea; 12. Various newspapers and many current magazines always available; 13. Borrowable books from large library; 14. Free laundry facilities; 15. Iron & ironing board; 16. Complimentary personal grooming articles available (hairdryers, toothpaste, shoe polish, extra towels, etc.); 17. Central air conditioning; 18.
