About Tom Williams Enticed by the long-term security available for his family, Florida State General Agent Tom Williams began his career with American Income Life Insurance Company straight out of college. Tom was fortunate to have Dave Morehead as his mentor, and in a very short period of time, he was able to build a renewal account that allowed him to set his family up financially for life. Two separate moments stand out that let Tom know that a career with AIL was the right decision: the first time he got his renewal check and the day he signed his SGA contract. Tomâ??s career at AIL is full of highlights. In 1992, Tom became an 80/80 Club winner. Five years later, he was a winner in the 81/81 Club.
