Had an amazing experience with prairie coach when traveling from Sioux falls SD to Oklahoma on Friday. We had the best driver I've ever experienced on a bus. My husband and I just got off of one of Prairie Coach Trailways bus tours, and it was the best trip we have had. We were on a 12 day trip and had a great time. The bus not only dropped us off at the front doors, we had wonderful hotels and attractions. The bus was top of the line, large, reclining seats, tv monitors and restroom. The driver made sure it was cleaned everyday. Our guide, Sandy, was very knowledgable and was absolutely fabulous. We would go again with them in a heartbeat.

This was the most grueling, horrible, dirty trip - no water in the bus, the sink was disconnected. No hand sanitizer, even. The days started at 6 am, and some days didn't end until 8 pm. Primary tour guide didn't guide. Miscommunication (meeting places changed without notice), rudeness, wouldn't allow passengers to stop to pick up necessities (as advertised). Don't do it!!!!
