This is a great place to live. My daughter and I have lived here for two years and the managers have really cleaned this place up. They take care of situations quickly, even if it happens at 1am. My neighbors are great, very friendly. The managers have cookouts at the pool and invites everyone. For a older complex, this facilty is kept in good shape and I love the unique style. The flowers are also beautiful. I would reccommend this place for everyone.

Great place to live. I have been here for 2 years and I have had no problems at all. My neighbors are wonderful. I love the location, a block away from downtown. The managers are very nice people and take good care of the property, especially the flowers which are beautiful. I recommend this complex to everyone.

This place was promised to be a quiet place to live and after finding out the hard way that there is nothing but drug dealers and drug user that live here. Also that they are two and three months behind in there rent and nothing is being done about it really sucks. The noise here really sucks to the point that you can not even leave your windows open because of it and nothing gets done after you talk to your landlord about it. What is wrong with this picture. You can not even talk to your neighbors without problems being started with the people that are on drugs that suck also.I think that things need to be changed starting with the landlord because obviously things are not being taken care of on a tenant landlord basis.It is really sad when the drug dealers and users run the property instead of the landlord.
