Originally from Queretaro, in central Mexico, De La Vega family is familiar with unique cities. History is the essence of the region. The central Mexico region was the heart of the nation's independence movement and this independent spirit has created one of Mexico's finest regional cuisines. In terms of diversity of appealing tastes and textures, it is one of the richest in the world; high in proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Chef Nora is the talented youngest child of De La Vega family. Her recipes, inspired by her mother, are rich and noted in tradition. However, using sophisticated Mexican ingredients she creates specialties offering satisfying combinations that transcend “dated” recipes.

De La Vega is located in the heart of downtown DeLand, Florida between Rich and Indiana Avenue on Woodland Blvd. The city of DeLand is located 20 minutes west of Daytona Beach and approximately 50 minutes from Orlando. We have plenty of parking available for you when you arrive.
