I will avoid this salon due to the poor communication at the desk and the inability of getting what you want done. I was trying to use a groupon service and it was suggested I leave the salon so that the stylist could work on someone else without a discount. That seems like a poor unethical practice to me. I will avoid mary beth burns and any salon she is involved with.
I absolutely love going to Craig Berns Salon. The staff is wonderful and my hair always looks great when I leave.
I've been a client here for over a year and a half now and absolutely love my hair every time I leave the salon. All of the employees are very professional and friendly.
