      The South DeKalb Family YMCA is a nonprofit organization that serves more than 3,500 members and program participants. The organization provides nursery services, fitness classes and aerobics programs. Its facilities include a weight area, sauna, steam room, whirlpool, recreation pool, racquetball courts, and health and wellness enhancement clinics. The South DeKalb Family YMCA supports several sports activities, such as basketball, soccer, flag football and racquetball for youths and adults. The organization s aquatic program includes lifeguard, swimming and water aerobic classes. In addition, it provides group exercise, karate, and health and wellness classes.
