Very unprofessional! Movie running on the very small lobby tv, was very loud and 1 man and 1 younger woman, both employees, were sitting there watching it but did not bother to get up or turn it down. No other customers in lobby, there was one customer with a person who appeared to be working on a tax in the back, and another older woman (the only one that left her desk to assist us) was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and did apologize for the noise. Being the first time we went there, we were extremely disappointed in the unprofessionalism of everyone except her, the non-business like atmosphere and the fact that the movie was more important than us, the new customer. We will not go back! Definately would not recommend this Jackson Hewitt office.
