      Customer service

      This location has the worst customer service I've ever experienced with any bank I had dealt with.

      Assuming that you can't read or speak English, the clerk would tell you in loud voice: this is for business and the next window is for non-business !

      In addition to that , the clerks are very slow in serving customers, or they're on the phone

      My advice is to go to a different branch or change the bank once and for all.
