Betsys bridal in dearborn was the best bridal shop I've been to. I went to Betsy freaking out and she made sure she would do anything to make me happy my dress is absolutely beautiful she made my experience great! She works with your body and is very honest

Betsy made my wedding experience so completely perfect!! Anything I needed she got it! My veil and dress way ahead of time. My bridesmaids dresses were gorgeous and she was very comforting to work with. I highly recommend her for weddings and proms. This woman clearly has had plenty of customer service experience. Also very good advice when it came to fashion. Thanks again betsy's bridal!!!

This was by far the most amazing experience I have had shopping for my wedding dress. Betsy knows her stuff. She helped me find my dress and made sure the alterations were perfect. Even with last minute add ons to the dress. Betsy really heared me and made sure I got what I wanted.

This is the crazy lady that had a bridal place in West bloomfield. Which is closed. She ruined my wedding dress and lied about the brand. She is a scam. Only cares about money. She didn't sew on my dress she glued it! It was falling apart before I wore it. She ruined my special day.look at her reviews from West bloomfield. She is terrible. She doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Well I NEVER went in to the store and never will. I happened to be a bystander at a bridal show today that she was a part of. When this woman first entered the lobby it was apparent she was late as the show was to start in at noon and it was already 11:50. She demanded the things she needed standing at the registration desk without asking but demanding rudely. I was waiting to go in and thought wow talk about mother of the bridezilla. It turns out she then began bringing in dresses for the show. While standing outside waiting for the rest of my group I heard her speaking down to all of the models for the show telling them she didn't need them to make her dresses beautiful. HOW RUDE! I then witnessed her whipping In and out of the room demanding everyone to do what she said. The next thing I knew she went to another bridal salons room and screamed this is cheap and ugly. What on earth! I heard rumors she moved to Dearborn because she offended everyone in her area before but I really don't pay that much attention to talk however I cannot forget the image implanted in my brain that I witnessed myself. I wouldn't want my friend or daughter to ever have an experience with her. Ever! I even thought wow she must have had a bad day. That was until I read the other reviews then I knew I had to share what I witnessed. Not as a customer but as an outsider looking in. I will never have my friend buy from her shop. I can tell you her dresses are in most salons in Michigan. I would not ever waste my time with her.
