I need their phone number and stumbled across these negative reviews. I have been going here for YEARS!!! All employees are very friendly and courteous. The manager is more like a friend. Always available for questions and assistance if I have any special needs.

The owner is very intelligent, friendly, helpful and insightful with me and my family and the staff have always been knowledgable, helpful and extremely friendly. We have long conversations about our pets and share tips and experiences. Great place to shop and the best prices around on all his quality products. Maybe it's you.

This Pet Store has the worst owner/manager and employees. He's grumpy, not at all pleasant, and not at all polite or welcoming to customers. The employees act like they're being put out when they have to help you or answer a questions. How this store gets any business is beyond me. What ever happened to welcoming your customers and be proactive in assisting them with their purchases.



The employees of this store need to take a class on CUSTOMER SERVICE, maybe several classes on CUSTOMER SERVICE!!



I would NEVER recommend this pet store to anyone let alone my friends.

A great place for ALL pet needs. Very good prices, good service.
