i.e.,After having my vehicle sit at their shop for almost 2 weeks without even an estimate, I sent my crew to pick up our truck. The vehicle would not start because they let it sit for two weeks in sub zero weather. They told my crew they did not have jump starts or jumper cables and refused to help us in any way. upon returning to start my own vehicle later that day they refused to help me and even called the police on me for jump starting my own vehicle. I would not recommend this company to anyone. A local favorite, or highly recommended because

General Info

We specialize in customer service. We understand the stress and the costs associated with extended wait times. Because of this we have modeled our business to provide the best quality service with the least amount of downtime for our customers. We are able to provide same day service on most repairs. Our mechanics are State and ASE Certified. We have dedicated staff for Preventative Maintenance (oil changes), brake repairs, drive train repairs, fluid leaks and other minor service so that customer's have no wait times whatsoever and can get back on the road quickly. We strive to schedule major repairs around our customer's pick up and delivery routes so that they lose as little revenue as possible. Emergency repairs are given priority, especially to repeat customers. This facility performs all major and minor repairs, DOT Inspections and computer diagnostics. We use only quality parts and attempt to purchase materials made in America in every instance possible. The majority of our parts come with a nationwide warranty so that regardless of where our customer's are if a part fails they can obtain a new one quickly. Our facility stocks a vast number of parts so that customer's are not losing money by waiting for their materials to arrive.
