Our 40 year old leather pig was torn from kids riding her, and her leather skin was so dried out after 2 years in the attic, we didn't know if she could be saved. The pros at Masterson's made her look like new, mended the tears restoring the leather - she looks like new! They also fixed a handle on my suitcase that required taking parts from other pieces they had, since Travelpro wouldn't sell a new handle for a case that old. I can't praise them enough - great service!

I was in Daytona on Nov. 20 for a wedding ceremony. When I unpacked my shoes, I noticed the heel tip was missing. I contacted Masterson's. Even though the shop was not open for regular business, one of the owners repaired my shoes in time for me to attend the ceremony! Great quality work and customer service!

Hello, I was In daytona beach visiting my mom and my luggage got messed up on the air lines well dropped it off they said it would be done in 5 days well they called me in 3 and said it was done. Thanks AT great people

Be ready to have to wait a while. A repair that might take 5 minutes will take them a week and a half to get to. Their shop is FULL of things that need repair.
