It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Center for Dermatology & Skin Surgery, a state-of-the-art dermatology medical practice with offices in Longwood, Orlando and Daytona Beach, Florida. My name is Dr. Enid Burnett and I am a board certified dermatologist and I have been practicing medicine for over 15 years. Today I would like to discuss the importance of maintaining and protecting your healthy skin as well as what we can do to assist you. The best way to maintain healthy skin and a healthy body is to be aware of and respond to the signs and symptoms affecting your skin, hair and nails. This increases our ability here at the Center for Dermatology to effectively manage and treat any condition that may be affecting you. While some skin conditions are easily treated, others might require more aggressive medical protocols and even surgery. We need to recognize that our skin is affected by several factors including diet, life style, environment and even medications you may be taking. It is important to speak with your dermatologist about the various factors that affect your skin. The Center for Dermatology and Skin Surgery is prepared to treat all your skin, hair and nail conditions with the latest medical procedures and medications. We educate and council our patients on the advisability of certain cosmetic procedures as well as effectively perform a variety of these procedures.
