Everything! After the first time I came in i trusted these guys. They took the time to sit...actually sit down and explain what was going on with my vehicle. I have never been to a repair shop that took the time to make sure I felt better leaving than I did coming in. I was extremely impressed by every aspect. Even while waiting other customers that were waiting too had nothing but wonderful things to say about their customer service and their mechanics.great job. I went in there Saturday 09/03/2011, knowing I needed brakes, and there was something wrong with my suspension. They had the work done within a couple hours, and I was shocked, they know what they are doing, they never oversold me, they just did the work fast and cheap, I will never go to Voss Chevrolet again.
