This place is the worst I went in there because your hands are swelling and Amigos have poor circulation and they hurt I might as well get refused service the people I talk to at least did not want to help me apparently what I my problem wasn't an emergency

My boyfriend went in because OTC meds weren't helping. His son had strep throat recently. The omitting nurse who took his vitals was extremely rude after he told her he didn't even feel well enough to drive there. Apparently she reprimanded him by accusing him of what could happen to her family by his driving there. After being placed in a wheel chair for hours, he complained of back pain and asked to lay down. They put him in a room with a bed. Not too long after (he claims around 10-15 min.), the doctor comes in... and then he's given release papers. He was prescribed an antibiotic and sent home. Keep in mind... still feeling the same way he did when he drove there.

I have been to this place many times and never had any problems until last night. I had severe swelling in both legs and extreme pain. Was in the patient room 5 mins then sent home. The Dr came in and told me that Emergency rooms are for emergencies only like broken bones...etc...and what did I expect him to do for me? Well, I am home...still severely swollen..and crying all night from the severe pain. Never felt so neglected in my entire life!!!

Worse care ever, I actually had a nurse ask me questions twice and make the comment "and they think we listen" REALLY, I would hope so were the patients, the Dr (D.E) could care less if I lived or died, by the time they gave me pain meds 10 min later I was being released, and I was there 4 hours if not longer, heads up if you no longer want to be in this profession or cant treat everyone equal, get another job!!! Overall I left with the same pain, and no, diagnosis thanks for the bill!!! Poor excuse of staff, And I failed to mention thru this waiting period I was there for chest pains............

Huber Hts. ER is the best place ever. State of the art equipment, knowledgeable staff, friendly and encouraging. My sister, from out of state, was sick over the holidays so we went to the ER. She had pneumonia! They took several tests as she had other ailments. They gave her effective medicine and we left very happy with their service.

Worst care eer received! My daughter was taken there after a seizure by squad! She was there for over 2 1/2 hours! I asked for Advil & bandaid for her foot that was bleeding & shecompletely ignored me 20 min later I asked again for the Advil, once again 20 min later she received morphine! They took her for a urine sample when the very rude nurse brought her back didn't put her back on any of the monitors! Throughout this entire time we were forced to listen to he nurse compare pap smears, watch them play on there phones, look at Ohio State gear to buy, ext....! Finilly we left without anything to help her Seizures! So I ask you, would you want you loved one taken care of in this manner? & to the very rude nurse with the broken toe, that ignored my request for Advil & the bandaid, shoved her into the bathroom told her pee in the cup, really hope no one ever treats you or anyone you love the way you treated my daughter! You should think about a career change!
