Dayton Express Cab is a Gem in the Gem City Dayton Ohio USA! I recommend this service!! My driver Jaber, was courteous, nice,helpful, prompt &safe driver. He picked me up this morning June 12th 2020 for medical appt waited &drove me home! Car was clean & after I signed paperwork he offered me to use the antibacterial bottle & He wore his Mask! Whether during the Covid 19 Pandemic or After Dayton Express Cab is the Taxi Service to Call !
(&they have The Dayton International Airport &University of Dayton contracts!! Plus many Medical insurances use them thru Access Transportation to book rides for clients to medical appts!)

I was overcharged for my cab ride by about $20. I called the company to let them reconcile this mistake, and they agreed that I had been overcharged, per the pick-up fee and the rate per mile. They refused to adjust the charge on my card, stating that I should "call the city because the city sets the meters." I am very unimpressed. I HIGHLY recommend giving someone else your business.

Very unimpressed! The driver was friendly and courteous, but I was charged about $20 too much for my ride home from the Dayton Airport. I called the company to have this mistake reconciled, and they acknowledged that I was overcharged, and refused to adjust my charge. They stated that I would have to "call the city because the city sets the meters." I am not sure what was going on with the meter, but if the company agrees that I was overcharged, they should adjust the charge. Give another company your business!

I take the cab to the airport all the time and it usually range from 60-65$, but I this time when I took the cab through Dayton Express, it was 80$!! He was also wired about me paying with my card, he asked me to pay with cash instead. Really? why does it matter? The meter said $74 and he had to swipe my card through his phone, which charged me 80$!! I asked him, why does your meter say $74 and your phone is charging me 80$?? He said that there were tax and other fees that I had to pay. Hmm, other cabs had always charged me like what it says on the meter and I've always used my card!! I also told him that when ever I take the cab to the airport or back, it was only 60$. He replied, "Well its gone up." I took the cab 4 days ago to the airport!! Wow, it went up over night? BULL!! Please do not ride their cab if you do not want to get ripped off!!

Don't call in advance for a price for a long distance trip!!! They will tell you all in one breath to call back when you need their service AND that they don't give estimates over the phone...I gave my business to one that appreciated it!!!!
