Established in 1985, BITEC is a custom precision machine shop utilizing state-of-the-art computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools for critical applications. It specializes in products for the mechanical testing, aerospace, defense, agriculture, aircraft, nuclear, medical and petroleum industries. The company has supplied complex components for the space shuttle's main engine, aircraft brakes, tanks, defense systems, ships and submarines. BITEC is an ISO9001:2000 with AS9100:2004 Rev. B registered company. It also offers machine components from experimental materials, metal matrix, castings, forgings and hardware.
