General Info: My artwork is an abstract view of everyday things, actions or places we see around our World. Many times we pass through life not noticing the simplistic things or places around us. Not realizing it can be depicted in an artistic medium. I see these things around us every day, I like to bring to the most basic light. My work is a mix medium of materials: Acrylics, oils, inks, acrylic compounds and glass beads. Most of my work is painted on transparent Plexiglas. My frames are designed to light the back side of the work for a completely different picture. Sometimes the light can be controlled through shapes to pinpoint a particular part of the artwork or just to create different images. Light is a key factor in my work, from the front to the back. The light is also important to reflect the colors in glass bead mixed in the medium.
