Best of the best...on time quality service, kept in touch before and after transport. My driver also reached out during transport and offer to wait almost 2 hours till I got home to sign for the car. The process of finding someone to move your car is honestly a bit overwhelming. My vehicle broke down on a holiday trip from Texas to Ohio. I went with Mercury, and they were great. My agent was Misty Stovall, and she was great about communicating whenever I had a question. I was a bit nervous, so I needed some reassurances. My vehicle broke down over the holiday weekend, so it was Tuesday when my car could be picked up. It was picked up Thursday and delivered Friday. The process was seamless.

I was new to this process as I had never shipped a vehicle before. I sent out 2 inquiries online and was bombarded with dozens of calls, emails, and texts. I spotted an email from Mercury Auto Transport. I liked that their website was clear and informative. I called Kristopher Wolf and appreciated how he made the process less stressful. Kris got everything set up, found a driver, and kept in contact during the process. I was able to speak to the driver who also texted to keep me informed the whole time. My vehicle was picked up on December 5th and delivered December 9th with no issues. I would absolutely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Call Mercury first. Just start with who you will end up using. I made the mistake of posting my info on one of the broker finder sites. Doing so you will loose your mind. I worked with Jesus Vega for my shipping needs. He told me how it works and what to watch out for. He even told me to shop around. Lets say that after shopping around I went with Mercury. I would never you a deferent company. Even the driver they got me was great, He even took extra care of my car.

Working with Mercury Transport and Joe Kelly was more than I expected. After another company totally dropped the ball on getting me settled with a car hauler to transport a family car from south Dallas to middle Michigan, I had low expectations and feared for my pocketbook. I reached out to Joe Kelly and he picked up the ball and ran with it. The quote was pleasantly lower than I had expected, and he kept in touch every day. When an offer came through, he gave me the choice of whether to take a different price or wait for another driver to take the load. He Gave Me The Choice! And I am beyond thrilled with how it all worked out. Joe vetted the drivers after talking with me, then I was in direct contact with the drivers, but still had Joe available for the entire process. The drivers showed up exactly when they said they would, they did all the work to load an inoperable roller (read here: heavy metal!), and my family on the receiving end of the trip got the car fast, in expected condition, and were thrilled with the delivery communication and process. I will absolutely call Mercury Transport and Joe Kelly when I need cars hauled again.

I needed a vehicle that I just purchased shipped across the country (Arizona to Virginia) and my broker from Mercury Auto Transport (Joel Licata) made the process easier than easy. I was getting flooded with quotes and follow-ups through other services I was trying to get estimates from and it was paralyzingly overwhelming. Going through Joel, I had to worry about NOTHING and he handled the logistics for me; and he handed my and my brother's (the person in Arizona who had the car) flakiness and constant updates to schedules.

And I don't think he could have found and picked a better transporter. To say everything was smooth as butter would not be giving enough credit.
