Undependable service. No loyalty to long standing customers.

I tanned here and the Hollywood location for years and loved it. I signed up for $20 a month, unlimited tanning. When I realized that I did not utilize the deal to justify it, I asked them to cancel it. I had not been in over 6 months and returned to tan. The girl behind the counter said I owed $125 for the months I did not pay. I explained that I had asked to cancel that. She then asked me how long it had been since I had tanned, I told her that her computer told her how long....6 months. She then said that she would "cut me a deal", I just had to pay $40.00 of the back payment. I told her no thank you and that I would not pay for the company's mistake. They lost a customer they had for over 5 years because of generic customer service.
