I have ordered from Walt's quite a few times and I have been satisified with their products and service not to mention the prices. I am ordering 6 pr. of khaki work pants now and will have them in a week to ten days.

They will take your money and run

If you do use Walts Wholesale after you read all the bad reviews make sure you pay with a credit card so after they screw you out of money you can do a chargeback. Im out $100, lesson learned.l

I ordered jeans and shirts. That was three weeks ago and still have received nothing! They already took the money out of my account. Their customer service is terrible. Ur lucky if someone even answers the phone. I hope someone reads this before doing business with them. Would never order anything from this place again. And im still waiting on my order

I would caution anyone with any idea of buying from Walt's to check the better business bureau feedback. Not only do they not respond to accusations from customers, but they have a long history of not delivering on what is expected. They shipped half my order, charged me for all of it and played games but never refunded my money and stopped responding to me and havent responded to the court. These situation is very common in the bbb complaints.

Same experience as the previous user. Same shipping excuse that it was lost no refund as promised, no response from any member of the company. Filed lawsuit. No response from walts representative to the complaint or the actual charge. Research the better business bureau history of this company with a history of deceiving practices prior to doing business with them.

Ordered pants and waited six weeks for delivery. Called to find out where order was. Was told that order had been returned due to a ripped shipping label and order was on its way again with delivery due the next day. A wee goes by. No pants. I get a phone call from them, they do not have the pants I ordered in stock. Do I want to wait. Cancelled order for a refund. Person I talked to that said pants were being delivered mysteriously not in office when I called to complain.
