      Many of Sales Reps have a bad attitude and are difficult to do business with. I only do business with them out of necessity.

      I usually do not write negative reviews on a company, however this isn't the first time I have had a negative interaction with them.

      Most of the time the transactions are fine and friendly. Beware if you have a problem.

      Rented a skid steer for the weekend. After about 30 minutes on Saturday morning, one of the tracks came off. Called and left message immediately as nothing could be done. On Monday morning, I called first thing and they had heard my message and immediately apologized for the inconvenience and then went on to work with me to get the skid steer back to my property the following weekend without an extra charge. Was treated professional and respectfully. Will definitely go back for any future rental needs.

      Never rent from them

      Would never rent from them. They rent equipment u cannot get blades to operate. Then argue with you about the fact that they did it knowing you could not get it but they still rented it!!!!! They tell you you can try Home Depot and lowes knowing they don't have it then when you come back will not reimburse you because they say oh well they used to carry it. Very unprofessional and rude
