We purchased a reclining sofa about 6 months ago. Already had a tech from Catnapper to come look at it. He said right off, when he reclined in it, the sofa was very uncomfortable and found a few things wrong with the construction of the sofa. He Took several pictures and noted everything he found wrong. He said we would hear from the company in a few days. Going on 3 weeks now and still no calls. I'll never buy from this store again! The store is geeding us bull every time we call. Looks to me like the store would want repeat customers but, they don't act like it!
