I have to give 1 star because there is no option for 0 stars. Do not go to this doctor expecting any kind of quality health care if you are deemed low class or beneath their own perceived self worth value. I was sent by my local ER to this office to make arrangements for a kidney stone to be removed 3 days from now. This was all setup by the ER doctor as he took it upon himself to call this office, probably because it is just across the street from the hospital. So after the ER discharges me and advises me to go right away to his office I do. Upon signing in at the window I am told they no longer accept my insurance. But but but I state in disbelief, the doctor just called over here, I said. Long story short, they expect me to deal with pain from a very large kidney stone for 3 weeks. Even though it was bad enough it needed to come out in a couple days time while I was at the hospital, now I am being referred by this office to another office that is more than 50 miles from my home. Instead of waiting 2 days to have a very painful kidney stone removed, now I am expected to wait for almost 3 weeks before I can be seen. I was given no form of any kind of pain management to try and make it through the 2 week period. Do yourself a favor and find another place to go for your urology needs, this place and the people working there could care less about a suffering patient even though this doctor and associates verified a large kidney stone and I have already been to the emergency room with it. I am expected to suffer another 3 weeks with nothing to manage it. If you value your health, do not go here.
