Hands down the best elder care agency for seniors in the east bay. I called and registered a inquiry on their website and got a quick call back from a girl called isabelle. she asked some quick questions about my dad's condition (whether he had Alzheimer's , what are his special needs, etc) and they came asap. They were very informative and told me about this new program they are doing called the balanced care method to help caregivers attend to seniors better. Thanks isabelle!
